How do you count all the fat loss diets out there. Claims of overnight weight loss, skinny in one day. It's madness. How do you pick the right one? This is the question asked by many.
While cutting calories or avoiding carbs might appear to be a short-term solution to weight and fat loss problems these strategies may be ineffective in the long run.
